• Personalized conversations with an AI assistant
• Emotional check-ins and tracking
• Guided reflection exercises
• Wellbeing resources and insights

3. Important Disclaimer

Therapy Talk is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care.

Our service is designed as a supportive tool for general wellbeing and reflection. It is not intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition
• Replace therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care
• Provide emergency or crisis intervention
• Offer medical advice

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of Therapy Talk, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to harm, abuse, or harass others
• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Subscription & Payments

Therapy Talk offers both free and premium subscription options:

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 messages
• Premium: Unlimited conversations for $16.99/month

Premium subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly in advance
• Automatically renew unless cancelled
• Can be cancelled at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied

7. Intellectual Property

Therapy Talk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Therapy Talk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Therapy Talk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• Any actions taken based on AI-generated responses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Therapy Talk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
