Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@therapytalk.me.
This guarantee applies exclusively to your first subscription purchase with Therapy Talk.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are a first-time subscriber to Therapy Talk
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of your initial purchase date
- Your account has not previously received a refund
- Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:
- Subscription renewals: Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Mid-cycle cancellations: If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.
- Previous refunds: Accounts that have previously received a refund are not eligible for additional refunds.
- Terms violations: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@therapytalk.me with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and the date of purchase
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
6. Prorated Refunds
Therapy Talk does not offer prorated refunds for partial use of a billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly at support@therapytalk.me before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently suspended. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@therapytalk.me. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.
